Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about starting kayaking as a new hobby and stumbled upon the RazorKayaks website. They have an inflatable kayak called the R2 Ultra, which seems like a solid option for beginners like me. It’s designed for recreational paddling and accommodates one or two people, so I could go solo or bring a friend. What caught my eye is that it’s lightweight, easy to set up, and comes with a Tech-Stitch™ floor for stability. My main goal is weekend paddling on calm lakes or rivers—nothing too intense. However, I’m unsure if it’s durable enough to last or if there are better options in this price range. I’d really appreciate advice from someone who’s used it or knows more about inflatable kayaks. Is it worth it for a newbie like me?
